Where are you Located?

We’re in the White Mountains of Arizona in a little town called Snowflake.

Where can I buy your sweets?

You can purchase my sweets at Red Door Home Decor in Lakeside, Arizona. If you need a special order, please Contact me. Please follow my Instagram page! @rubysrockinsweetshop

Do you always have everything on your website at every market you’re at?

I have a lot of different choices, but I don’t carry everything on my website each time. If you’re looking for something specific, please message me to make sure I’ll have what you’re looking for. You can also place a special order and pick it up at the market at no extra charge.

Do you have Gluten friendly, Vegan, Keto, Dairy friendly choices?

Yes, we do! Please contact me to be sure I have what you’re looking for at the market you’re going to.

Do you have a nut-free facility? What if I have an allergy?

I believe in safety above all else. I also use the freshest ingredients available to me. I use products that may contain nuts, eggs, milk, gluten, and coconut, etc. Even if a product does not contain an allergen, I can not guarantee that there are not trace amounts in some of our products. If you have a severe allergy to nuts, gluten, or any other ingredient, I do not recommend eating my products. For my customers with gluten intolerance, I am happy to offer gluten-friendly options. I also have vegan-friendly options.

Do you ship?

At this time, I don’t ship.

I manage a local Coffee Shop, do you sell wholesale?

Yes, I sell wholesale to local shops. Please contact me for a quote.

What do you do with your extra sweets?

We donate them! I love to visit assisted living places to see their faces when they bite into a macaron. It makes my heart so happy to brighten someone’s day with a treat. I also love to deliver sweets to women’s shelters.

do you have a food handler’s license and are you registered with the state of arizona?

Yes. I am fully registered with the Arizona Department of Health Services and I also have a Food Handler Certificate. My Business License is with the City of Gilbert.
